Growing up, Ted learned the value of hard work through farming, managing his family's roadside grocery business, and building side ventures of his own. Those early experiences created a lifelong understanding of cash flow, entrepreneurship, and financial responsibility.
In 1996, Ted entered the insurance and financial services industry with a mission to help people better understand how money works and how to create lasting financial security.
Together with his wife Rebekah, Ted has built multiple successful businesses over the years, including Mauro's Kitchen Burritos and T&M Entertainment. Today, their family continues working together through the Mauro Agency, helping families protect their futures while building wealth for generations to come.
Ted is also the founder of the Cash Flow Association, a mentoring community focused on teaching entrepreneurs and families how to eliminate debt, build wealth, and create generational security using the same dollars more efficiently.
